Abstract : This study highlights the important issues for libraries and information centers, so that libraries are in direct need to market their services in order to achieve their goals in the delivery of these services to beneficiaries, as well as to get as much of the material support for these libraries by sponsor bodies. There is no doubt that shedding light on the marketing applications in libraries is one of the aspects that achieve critical value for libraries that need to measure the efficiency and adequacy of those activities undertaken in one hand, and to be - on the other – a benefit model for other libraries, whether similar in kind or different.
