Abstract : Libraries witnessed development in the sources of information that are available for beneficiaries and that are no longer limited to those traditional and electronic containers found between its walls, but passed that into other sources of information in other electronic format that allows libraries to contact it and retrieve it remotely, and among these the available information sources through the internet which has become one of the basic sources of information in libraries. Libraries became in need to regulate those sources so they can retrieve them by the beneficiaries just like the other sources of information available in libraries. Says Michael Gorman: "that the network is like a huge library that has been deliberately destroyed, so that indexes are damaged and flags are removed he is wondering about what will be left of hundreds of thousands of books and materials shattered and scattered. Indeed, the failure to regulate the available sources of information through the Internet will make it as an entity that has been vandalized and dispersing its contents so that it is difficult or impossible to achieve benefit from material that that this network provide. This study Addresses the position of libraries to organize sources of information available through the Internet after it became the network that provide us with e-books, and periodicals and electronic libraries and other operations which require the organization to allow proper retrieval.
