Abstract : A survey intended to identify research directions for the beneficiaries of the network cylinders optical compacta Library King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, and identify the characteristics of these beneficiaries, and their views on the service and those who made it, as measure of this study over a link outputs searches conducted for these beneficiaries they need actual calculate the average call rateinvestigation. The study concluded multiple categories of beneficiaries from inside and outside the university, also emphasizes the power of a positive outlook on the part of the beneficiaries, to the service and those who made it, and that this service works achieve rate of 65.86%
