Abstract: Considering the importance of this issue at the global level, and taking into account the rapid changes at the local level, the study aims to current presentation and analysis frameworks theoretical and practical relations arising between the parties to the process productivity in a globalized economy, and the start of the study through the presentation of two directions theoretical important in the analysis of and interpretation of building the World Economic reality and the present: the theory of the global system and the theory of partition of the new world of work; and also confirms the theory of the global system that the world is divided into states Antrzaghanni and Pacific poor according to purely economic considerations based on the type of exchange unfair, draws the second theory of attention that we before the division of a new world of work determined by the quality of the technology used in production and takes into account geographical factors and social variables, and then study provides an analysis of the relations arising between owners of capital, labor, state, and that through the discussion of trends theory explaining those relationships with the presentation of examples and realistic help understand the dimensions of structural and dynamic study shows how the owners of capital and through Matkdmh them with the means of communication and transportation ease of communication and movement, and lower their costs have become in a stronger position in their relations with the workers of this world, countries with some kind of effects interlaced between all the parties, however, provide optimistic vision of the future study the relationship between the two layers of workers and employers money. The study concludes with discussion of the concept of power in sociological literature as came in the writings of Karl Marx and Max Weber and others with the application of that to the reality of the modern global economy, and then study presents what could be the sources of direct and indirect power in the relations of production. |
