Abstract : This research is divided into two parts. Study Section and the Department of Investigation. The study included a section on three demands: The first requirement definition Author: It includes his name and lineage and upbringing and his scientific position and his works and his death. The second requirement definition of the book, and included the following points: the name of the book - the proportion of the book to the author - criticism of the book in terms of the statement of its advantages and drawbacks to it. Third requirement: the definition and methodology of the manuscript copy of the investigation. It was suggested the views of four schools of fiqh in many important matters such as: the question of entering Makkah without ihram, and the time of throw-Gammal, and to demonstrate ease of Islamic law and achieve the purpose of raising critical of religion, particularly because the view in which facilitate a large Muslim depends on strong evidence in the matter. The second section is the investigation. I have the achievement of three books from the book the ticket: the Book of Fasting - Book i'tikaaf - The Book of Hajj. It was found through study and investigation of prolific science Ibn Aqil, and that it was Shaykh al-Hanbali, although in his day but his personal doctrinal distinctive independent, far from fanaticism, was to have a lot of choices that violated the doctrine of the Hanbali.
