Abstract : The title of this research is: Sheik of Islam Zakaria Al-Ansari’s Method in Jurisprudence. “Al-Ghorar Al-Bahia fi Sharh Al-Bahja Al-Wardia.’ Sample. It includes an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The introduction includes the reasons of selecting the topic and the previous studies which deal with it, what this thesis could add, the overall research plan and the selected method. The first chapter states the period in which the book “Al-Ghorar Al-Bahia’ is set and its author the sheik if Islam Zakaria Al-Ansari, through reviewing time stages of the evolution of the Shafi' school since initiation till stability. The second chapter provides an overview of news about the sheik of Islam from the original sources with a comparison between these sources. The third chapter includes a definition of the book “Al-Ghorar Al-Bahia fi Sharh Al-Bahja Al-Wardia’, highlighting its importance and it’s relation with the previous jurisprudential compositions. The fourth chapter is the main target of this thesis. It is talking in details about the curriculum of the sheik of Islam in his book “Al-Ghorar Al-Bahia’ by highlighting elements of the curriculum and mentioning the applied examples of each element. The conclusion of this research includes a number of results and recommendations; the most crucial is the importance of the sheik of Islam with the sectarian dispute, his commitment to rooting the jurisprudential sayings with evidence and reasoning and the scholar should follow this way necessarily.
