Sayings of Ataa bin Abi Rabah, and what he had reported in interpretation: collection and comparative study from the beginning of Surat AlFatihah till verse 188 of Surat Al-Baqarah, a research provided to
get Master Degree in Holy Quran and Sunnah.
This research aims to collect sayings of Attaa bin Abi Rabah from exegesis books by predecessors’ interpretations, then to study them a refered study, and comparing them with other predecessors’ sayings,. This research consists of an introduction, two parts, then a conclusion and indexes. The introduction contains the research word, and the importance of the subject also causes of choosing it, rather than my methodology in writing the research, then the research plan with acknowledgement.
The first part talks about Ataa bin Abi Rabah’s life, through 3 chapters: the first entitled: “His Personal Life”, that includes five sections; first one discusses: his name, family roots, nickname, and title, while the second section discusses his birth, and growing up, then the third section discusses his characters, epithetsves. The fourth section talks about his worship, and honesty with the Almighty God. The fifth section discuses his preaching and advises for princess, while at the sixth section I have talked about his death. The second chapter: I have talked about his academic life, whieh is devided into 3 sections; first one discusses his seeks to be educated, and get more knowledge, while the second talks about his teachers and his students, while the third section talks about his Academic position and acknowledgement of others scientists for him. The third chapter which entitled “Ataa bin Abi Rabah as Interpreter” contains an introduction that talks about exegesis in the time of followers, and two sections; the first one talks about references of Attaa bin Abi Rabah in interpretation, while the second talks about the methodology of Ataa bin Abi Rabah in interpretation. In the second part: in which I collect all sayings of Ataa bin Abi Rabah, and what he had reported in the field of interpretation, with comparing that to other predecessors; from the start of Surat AlFatihah till verse 188 of Surat Al-Baqarah, then the conclusion that shows the most prominent findings, with some recommendations such as;
1- Immam Ataa bin Abi Rabah, is a sawant, piety and has a scientific and practical character is tice also he is a confidence reference |
