Abstract : Leadership is «the process of moving a group of people towards a specific scheme and Bthvezhm to work voluntarily. And successful leadership to move people in the direction that achieves long-term interests. This may be a general trend such as the publication of the Islamic Dawa in the world, or a definite trend, such as a conference dealing with a particular issue. Whatever it was, the means and ends must serve the larger interests of the people concerned with the present and in the long run. And the role of leadership and a process designed to influence others. The leader is one who occupies a certain rank in the group and we expect him to perform his style is consistent with that position. The leader is the one who is expected to exercise an influential role in determining and achieving the goals of the group. The chief secretary is the one who actually lead and not the person who is maneuvering to leads people
