Abstract	:	Going research on how to rationalize the cost of the product to help economic units in the Kingdom on the face of fierce competition arising from the accession to the WTO, and the consequent obligations, pay the economic units to develop production methods to improve product quality and performance career, and seeking to develop export markets, and try to open new markets to take advantage of economies of scale. Which requires consideration of the price as an influence on the college achieve its goals. The researchers sought to develop an accounting framework to assist companies in determining the optimal price. The frame is based on simplifying the bilateral relations between the main functions, and a clear definition of the role of each function in the limited areas of cost reduction. The research was divided into two parts. The first section was devoted to clarify the impact of accession to the WTO on the competitiveness of economic units, and through the work of a survey of previous studies in this area. However, will develop a general framework for the proposed model and its application procedures by clarifying the mechanism for determining the best price - and the requisite elements of the rationalization of the cost - which supports the competitiveness of the facility in the second section. This is followed by written summary of research findings, and recommendations for future research in this area.
