Abstract : This research consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and indexes; whereas I discussed in the introduction the importance of the topics discussed by Harb in Islamic jurisprudence, along with the reasons for why I chose them, in addition to research plan and verification method. I have divided the first section into two chapters: In the first chapter, I talked about the Imam Harb Ismail Alkarmani, his period and life, along with mentioning his descent, birth and death; in addition to his seeking knowledge and his sheikhs and students, along with his position and scientific books. In the second chapter, I discussed everything related to the verification of the book name, documenting that it is Harb's book, along with the method he followed in his book; after that, I talked about the features and defects of the book, and then I concluded the chapter by talking about the version of the manuscript and identifying it. I verified the book in the second section according to the method followed in verification, whereas I copied the book according to the modern spelling rules and attributed the Quranic verses to its Suras in the Holy Quran; Moreover, I attributed prophetic Hadiths and the sayings of the companions and followers to their original sources. I also wrote biographies of scholars as per the sources approved in this regard and studied the jurisprudence topics reported by Imam Ahmed in the light of Hanbali School; also I explained the difficult words and identified the countries and regions reported in the verified text briefly. I concluded the research by mentioning the results and recommendations, the most important is that the topics of Harb Ismail Alkarmani are considered as an original reference to know about the jurisprudence thoughts of Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal, also the importance of gathering the opinions of verification scholars in interpreting the opinions of Imam Ahmed; then I concluded the research by mentioning detailed indexes that help the reader and researcher to reach what he wants easily. Praise is to Allah and peace is upon his prophet Mohammed, his relatives and companions.
