Abstract : This research includes an introduction and three chapters. Each chapter includes a number of topics and themes. Each topic and theme represents a Qur’anic verse from the prescribed verses in Surat Al-Baqarah. Then, conclusion and references follow. The research aims to identify the following: recognition of the original sources of interpretation and exegesis, recognition of the development witnessed by the movement of interpretation and exegesis, recognition of the curriculums of interpreters, identification of curriculums of criticism and preference among statements made by interpreters. Also, the research aims to apply the scientific curriculums studied in the curriculum preparatory year. The approach of this research relied on the following: preparation of a chronological list indicating narrative interpretations, collection of all statements made by interpreters for every verse with the elimination of repetitive interpretation. Then, such statements are divided into two categories: narration and familiarity or cognizance. Benefit is then drawn from the statements made by interpreters in terms of criticism and preference so as to conclude the predominant statement(s) in case of conflict. Also, accounts are interpreted; and exegesis of such accounts is made so as to identify its grade. The most outstanding conclusions of this research are represented as follows: all narrations and accounts mentioned in the Holy Qur’an have abundant lessons to be learned and contemplated. Qur’anic narrations and accounts are considered the best and completed ones. There is a large difference between what mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and what narrated about the Israelis in detail in such narrations. That large difference indicates the extent of distortion sustained by previously divine books. Therefore, if the Islamic Nation is willing to restore its distinctive rank among other nations, it should resort to the Holy Qur’an and Sunna of Prophet Mohammed – Peace Be upon Him!. The research recommends the following: Caring for narrations in the Holy Qur’an, exerting great efforts to derive lessons and benefits, caring for exegesis books developed by lead interpreters such as Al-Tabari, Ibn Ashour and others. Also, scientific establishments and institutions should care for these actions and deeds which would abridge time and effort of readers and researchers alike. Therefore, several exegesis books should be compiled in one book through eliminating repetitions and concluding lessons to be learned.
