Abstract |

This research included acomprehensive definition of the special needs individuals, and adetailed one of their separate cases, categorise and ways of dealing with each category. This is conducted via modern instruments and cohort technologies of the time. I have indicated some international and regional related statistics of their various disabilities, cause of it and the fact that it is acquired or non-acquired. Then, defined the efforts and programs made for this category internationally and regionally,whether it is treatment,educational academic or awareness efforts, which consists the goal of this study. Imentioned as well the talent and distinction of individual;s with special nedds, and related programs. Also,we didn’t forgetto mention the calling and persuasion individuals to allah the almighty, and their characters in general should they have been one of the special needs persons. Iconcluded this research with translations of old and new suggested media examples, whom were categorized asspecial needs persons. Ipointed out their distinct characters and distinguished efforts that excelled them above others, whether they were of the prophets (PBUH) companions,or those who followed up to date. Furthermore, I finished with results and suggested recommendations. |
