Abstract : This study includes all Hadith relating to the judiciary, proceedings, evidences and witnesses through the six books which are:"Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawood, Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Sunan female, age Ibn Majah"The aim of this study is to collect what have been separated within these books of Hadith related to the subject of this study, its chapters and arrangement in one subject in order to introduced an integrated thought about the subject of this study, which may be new. This is what the study adds.The study concept submitted two basic principle.The first principle: interpretation of these Hadith from their original sources, do judgment on its references and content with the use of words of old and new scholars who have had competence to judge the validity or invalidity of the Hadith.Second principle: To study and derive jurisprudence related to the subject of the study, and to show scholars' talks and their evidences with the discussion and giving preponderance, if necessary.The number of Hadith related to the study are more than eighty newly Hadith divided into three sections; these Hadith are the ones which intended to be studied except for Hadith and other remnant extracted from this research.Researcher recommends the expansion of the search in this topic to include the rest of the books and original Hadith sources as a reference such as Imam Ahmad, Ibn Khuzaymah and Ibn Haban, and Sunan Drami, Daaraqutni and Bayhaqi and Mustadrak Al- Hakim and Tabarani dictionaries and other Hadith books, and by studying the Hadith of these references, this important topic shall be completed.The researcher also recommends the introduction of other studies similar to the idea of this study with other topics of provisions which people live and touches their daily lives.
