Abstract : The trauma which causes post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and one of the most serious injuries, which may result in post-traumatic stress disorder disasters, some of which may be from human-made car accidents and fires, as well as to the shock of the loss of love ones or exposure to violence, and effects in the pressure in their relationship with other persons, or in their relationships with themselves, as well as to marital and family problems, and inability to make sound judgment and other problems that may face them. The guidance in behavioral knowledge of modern methods, which are primarily involved in the cognitive psychological disturbances, the objective of this method is to persuade individual beliefs that illogical ideas and expectations and self-formulations is evident that occur due to poor adaptation, aims to modify the individual distorted views, and to be replaced by more appropriate ways of thinking, in order to produce knowledgeable and behavioral changes, to the individual. The study aimed to alleviate the pressure disorder after a sample of university students at risk of post-traumatic stress disorder, the study sample consisted of (10) students, (5) female students in the Experimental Group and (5) female Control Group in the group, where experimental approach was based on the instrument cluster (Pre and Post tests) to two Group (Control - Experimental ). The result of the study reveals the existence of significant differences between middle statistical grade levels of female students group (Control - Experimental ) to measure the pressure after the shock for the control group after the application of the program, and there are statistical significance between middle grade levels of female students in the control Group on indices (Pre and Post tests) to measure the pressure after the shock, and there are no statistical significance between middle grade levels of female students in the group control on the indices (Pre and Post tests) on the pressure gauge disorder after the shock, and there are statistically significant differences between Middle grade levels of female students in the experimental Group on the scale indices to measure the pressure disorder after the shock. The researcher recommends that there should be a specialized scientific center with post-traumatic stress disorder, and disaster management has a rapid intervention team and trained to use appropriate methods to deal with victims of traumatic incidents, and his duties conduct studies on post-traumatic stress disorder.
