Abstract : The issue of juristic differences has drawn the attention of scholars thanks to clarifying the secrets of jurisprudence and its objectives. It has further removed a large number of questions raised over provisions of Shariah. Differences are concerned with discrimination between two comparable juristic issues in terms of provision and cause. Registration started as an autonomous academic science early in the 4th century on Hijri calendar. Since its inception, it had been correlated with jurisprudence since its applications had been diversified in the core juristic texts, explanations and footnotes. Among these is the book entitled “Al-Rawd Al-Muraba’”. The book is concerned with jurisprudence and includes four chapters as follows: Removal of Provisional Impurity, Menstruation, Prayer Calling, and Prayer Conditions. The researcher has selected the most important differences. Therefore, the research has included an introduction, two sections, and conclusion. The first section is the theoretical section, which involves two chapters. Chapter I is concerned with identifying the juristic differences, while Chapter II has been concerned with a synopsis about Imam Al-Bahwaty and his book entitled “Al-Rawd Al-Murabaa’”. The second section is the applied one. It involves two chapters The first chapter covers jurisprudential differences of both sections of provisional impurity removal and menstruation. The second section covers jurisprudential differences of both sections of Athan and Prayer conditions.
