Abstract : The study focused on private and public efforts made by the Mamluk State in order to achieve as much as possible the needs of the community. it worked at the same time on consolidating its values as a defender of Islam and Muslims , Jerusalem became during the Mamluk era, a large degree of prosperity in various fields, historians former exaggerated in this much . Perhaps there is no city of the world, such as the city of Jerusalem entitled to splurge in other cities, including the holy sites , the home to many of the Prophets. The study concluded to a number of important results concerning the city of Jerusalem in the era of the Mamluk sultans. The attention given to in their time, and that the seventh hegira century, the thirteenth Georgian century is the era of the greatest Sufi in the Arab and Islamic world. Number of many ascetics and mystics came to the city of Jerusalem after Salahi open to it in 583 AH, 1187 AD, and gradually emerged Sufi orders, and institutions such as Corners, Ribats and Khanqahs, Sufi movement flourished in Jerusalem, their homes became centers of learning, worship and vigils, These institutions have received great care and attention by Mamluk sultans. The study supported by a number of contemporary historical sources for that era, in addition to the proceeds of a large published historical documents, Which dealt with the life of Jerusalem society , and some of the institutions of the Sufi Waqf such as (Corners, Ribats and Khanqahs) in Jerusalem.
