Abstract : Praise be to Allah، and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger، This thesis is composed of an introduction and two chapters which are: The Study chapter and Verification Chapter. The Introduction: The introduction of this thesis includes the reasons why selecting this manuscript، the importance of the book، the research plan and verification method. Chapter (1): This Chapter consists of three sections. The first section contained a brief account about the author of the verified manuscript and the author of the original book. The second section، the an account about the explainer who clarified the book and the third section was a study about the book titled " Sharh Al Nihayah". Chapter (2): The second chapter is mainly about the "verification" which included the verified text followed by the conclusion and reference index. The method I have pursued in completed this thesis as follows: I have established what was said to have missed from the manuscript titled " kifayat_alakhyar" as I have authenticated the arguable issued with their original sources as much as possible، attributed the verses of the Holy Quran by citing the name of Surat and verse number. I also authenticated and attributed the Prophet's Hadeeth sayings and other traditions to their original sources as well as other issues referred to in the thesis. According to my search and verification، it is appeared me the following: The intellectuality of interpreter and his great superiority in many of the sciences. The book contains the words of the Shafi'i scholars whose books are lost or we are unable to identify whereabouts these books. demonstrated by the intensity of his zeal for the religion of God، and his criticism of his time and the people of that time. I have also uncovered، through this research that how he was very enthusiastic in defending Islam and criticizing the enemies of his era
