This is a letter submitted to the Department of Graduate studies at King Abdulaziz University to obtain the Master’s degree, entitled “Fath Masalek Alramz Besharh Manasek Alkanz” of Imam Abdulrahman bin Isa Morshedi (d. 1037 AH) of the first manuscript until the end of the Umrah’s study and investigation, this book is specialized with the jurisprudence of Hanafi, and he explained the most important texts of Hanafi.The message included an introduction and two sections, the introduction consisted of the reasons of selecting the research, its plan, the methodology of the investigation. The first section consisted of 2 chapters: The first chapter talked about the classifier and interpreter, while the second chapter dealt with the intro of the book and it concluded talking about the manuscript copies and introducing it. The second section achieved the book according to the approach taken in the investigation; it also has included the definition of pilgrimage, and the statement of its evidence and conditions, and pilgrimage timings, ihram and circumambulate, and pursuit.I reached to the following results: The book has its prominent place between the Rites books as it absorbs both beginners and intermediate book, it’s also been provided edited and revised, the pilgrimage which is the healthiest two versions from Abu Hanifa, Ihram can be provided on timings if he didn’t fall into sin or else delaying to Miqat is better, the best is having ihram from the first Miqat which is the farthest from Makkah; so that he doesn’t pass the so called forbidden Miqat, and if had ihram from the nearest point to Makkah its permissible, and in case the passenger (Hajji) consents his Ihram from the closest place to Makkah, this also is allowed and no harm with, the people of Madinah also allowed to delay the consent of their Ihram to AlJohfah in case he couldn’t refrain from falling into mistakes that are ruins their Iharam, the jogging close to the Ka’aba is better whenever is possible, where performing Tawaf far from the Ka’aba with jogging is better than being close without jogging. |
