Abstract : The science of jurisprudence differences is a very important science as part of jurisprudence and its fundamentals. It is with this study that researchers distinguish between the jurisprudence questions that present with similar outlooks. To which, it gives the ability to recognize the differences in similar questions. Since the book of Alrawd Almorbia is a very important reference in Hanbali jurisprudence, this research studies jurisprudential differences of Alrwad Almorbia; starting from chapter Prayer of people with exemptions until the end of chapter Book of funerals; Theoretical and Applied comparison study. The methodology of this research follows an applied citation approach; the Study consists of an introduction, three Chapters and a conclusion, the first chapter sheds light on the science of jurisprudential differences with its definition, importance, themes and divisions as well as, its origin and most notable works. The second chapter presents a brief study into the book of Alrawad Almorabia and its Author “Mansour Al-Bohoti”, Hanbali’s main scholar. The third chapter is the applied section, it follows an inferential yet comparative citation approach by inferring jurisprudential differences Bohoti considered, the comparatively study them against the main four Islamic schools. With the likelihood of proving or disproving differences. This chapter is divided into four sections, the first “Prayer of People with Exemptions”, second “Friday prayer”, third “Eid Prayer” and lastly “Funerals”. The conclusion includes the most important findings. The researcher suggests to all students and researchers who are interested in the subject of jurisprudential differences, to further research this book and thus acquire jurisprudential fluency.
