Abstract : To collect the sayings of Imam Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah and his narratives in Quran Interpretation from the validated references in Interpretation and Sunna and other from the beginning of Quran to the end through a scientific proposed project. My share was from the beginning of Surat Al A'raf to the end of Surat Al Ra'd). The research contained: an introduction dealing with the study significance, reasons for selection, literature, and study framework that is as follows: Section one: Theoretical framework in two chapters: Chapter one: Biography of Imam Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah: 1- personal life; 2- Scientific life. Chapter two: Imam Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah as a Quranic interpreter: 1- Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah's resources of Qran interpretation; 2- Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah's methodology in Quran interpretation. Section two: Applied study; and a conclusion including the main results as follows: First, Imam Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah is one of the great authentic scholars in Quran interpretation and Quran sciences since he learned from the great prophetic companions. Second, Imam Ataa Ibn Abi Rabah provided unique interpretive, feqhi and linguistic viewpoints which prove that he has his own opinions and weightings in interpretation not a mere narrative of others' sayings. The study presented the following recommendations: First, students and researchers in Quran interpretation and sciences should focus on the applied perspective through the Prophetic Tradition and sayings of prophetic companions and followers to know the correct and righteous interpretation of Quran verses. Second, Books of Quran interpretation relying upon the Prophetic Tradition should refer to the sayings and narratives of our great ancestors (Al Salaf) especially Sho'bah, Qatadah, Abul A'lyah, Isamael Ben Abdul Rahman Al Soddy and others for certain benefits that could not be achieved in other references. General appendixes came last.
