Abstract : The present study aimed to validate some of psychometric tools related to parental styles, psychopathic personality and Internet addiction in Saudi Arabian environment, and to identify the relationship between parental styles and Internet addiction among King Abdul Aziz University students, and to know the relationship between parental styles and psychopathic personality among King Abdul Aziz University students, and to know the relationship between Internet addiction and psychopathic personality among King Abdul Aziz University students, and see the differences in parental styles between high and low students in Internet addiction, and learn to know the differences in parental styles between high and low students in psychopathic behavior, and to devise the best recommendations and precautionary measures in which you can reduce the phenomenon of Internet addiction among the youth of university students. The sample consisted of 100 students of the King Abdul Aziz University in various specializations, scientific and academic levels, and there in age between (19-22) years with an average of 20.57 years and a standard deviation of 2.13. tools used in the study include : (initial data collection , parental styles scale , psychopathic deviation scale, and Internet addiction scale), and adopted the study on the use of a set of statistical methods such as:(frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient of crude grades directly, and test t to measure the significance the differences between the averages of one group. The study found the following results: 1) There are significant differences between parents in parental styles among the sample of university students. 2) There are statistically significant correlation between parental styles and Internet addiction among a sample study of students from King.
