Abstract : Identification of the disciplines and the legal rules which is the base of finding solutions for the results of the impacts of the reasons of the stumbling in the projects and the investments. The study Objectives: the study aims to display the defects points which come to the contracts and supporting the concerned parties for finding the legal solutions for the display cases coming out of to taking place of the stumbling in the projects and the investments. The study course and its instruments: The researcher used the descriptive method to display the doctrinal views and the legitimical visions in those impacts and discuss the texts of the scholars and their answers. The most important results: 1- Incidental circumstances authority dominate the complete contracts or some parts of them. 2- Inflation issues are not right to be judged steadily with the absolute value or the similar value but each circumstance of inflation must be taken in consideration in case that achieves the justice and equity between the contractors. If the signs of justice emerged, the law of Allah Almighty would be applicated. 3- Financial benefits are granted during ages and shariah (divine law) did not stand against them. 4- It is allowed to hire the labor during the estimated duration of work for the same company. The most important recommendations: 1- study some well-known international contracts and their disciplines which are consistent with the Legimical rules as the international Viiedk contract in contracting.
