In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate, & blessings of Allah be upon His Messenger.
This paper focuses on compiling the verses of rulings deduced by Emam Nawawi in his book [Al Majmooa Sharh Al Muhathabb] as evidence on jurisprudential rulings, in particular the verses in surat Al Araf & surat Al Anfal. Then, a comparative jurisprudential study is made on the issues drawn out from these verses illustrating the reason of deducing from the verses & of educing the rest of evidence, together with discussing the evidence of each group then outweighing the various statements on the issue.
This research paper includes: an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion, followed by indexes.
Chapter One: includes an introduction to the verses of the rulings, their origin, and the most important works on them, in addition to introducing Emam Nawawi & his book [Al Majmooa Sharh Al Muhathabb].
Chapter Two: includes the verses of rulings mentioned in the book [Al Majmooa] from surat Al Araf & surat Al Anfal. The number of the deduced issues from both of them is 25.
The research concludes with stating the importance of knowing & understsnding the Quranic verses of rulings & their relation to the Quran. It also signifies that writing about this subject develops the researchers' faculty of comprehending the text of the verses , and trains them on deducing rulings from them.
The research also highlights Al-Nawawi's knowledge & understanding of the verses of rulings as reflected in his book [Al Majmooa], particularly from surat Al Araf & Al Anfal. It illustrates his deduction of the verse as an evidence on the jurisprudential ruling.
Among the most important recommendations of the research are the following:
The importance of caring for the subject of knowing & understanding the verses of rulings.
The necessity for writing about this subject by compiling the verses of jurisprudential rulings mentioned in the approved books of jurisprudence.
The necessity for giving attention to the book of [Al Majmooa] & comparing it with the full version of the manuscript. |
