This research explores the study of juristec rules and regulations, from Depoist shapter up to the end of Founded shapter, from Al-Mobdee book of Ibn Mufleh, by collecting and studying them, by defining them, mentioning the most prominent evidence on them, mentioning a number of branches listed below them, and mentioning exceptions if available.
The significance lies in the first of things: the importance of the study of juristec rules generally by strengthening the Mental ability of Fiqh to the knowledge Student, control branches Altnatherh under juristec rules, speed to reach a verdict Fiqh issue, second: the abundance of juristec rules and regulations found in Al-Mobdee book, third is the importance of Al-Mobdee book, which is one of the important books in the Hanbali school.
This research had made by an introduction, aprelude, three chapters, aconclusion, and ausual index.
The introduction included a discussion on the importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, research methodology and structure, prelude included the introduction to the biography of Ibn Mufleh author of the Al-Mobdee book, the first chapter included on the definition of the emergence of jurisprudential rules and definition and the difference between them and similar, Chapter II and The third chapter deals with the study of the juristec rules and regulations that fuonded in the book. The conclusion included the most important search results has been achieved, then the usual index |
