Abstract : This study tried to conclude to how Saudi novel criticism fallowed or differed of Western theorisation and Arabic criticism in their relation with social class. The main question was that: what are the previous relation influences on Saudi criticism, and other included cognitive theoretical historic, and pragmatic questions. Cognitively, this study attempted to specify what theorisation and class mean as concepts, how that relation improved historically, and reacted on novel concept, its genres, and functions theoretically. Pragmatically, it seek to answer how Arabic critics received the relation and its improvement, and what changed of analytical devices and literary values in implementations, finally to how Saudi critics were awareness of class concept, and its improved relation with theorisation, in addition to its influences on their opinions and explanations. The researcher based on analytical approach, it helped him to dismantle both side of relation, return them to theoretical assets, rebuild their relation, conclude its influences on the novel discourse theoretically, and evaluate Saudi criticism in receiving it. In conclusion, this study came to that: Saudi criticism was a follower of western theorisation and Arabic criticism in theoretical and implying sides that linked to class, and doing this to define novel as a genre, classify it, and specify its functions, especially psychological one. Moreover the fallowing contain criticizing novel attachment to specific class, approving of precision, cohesion, and diversity as aesthetic and human values in the same time. This fallowing seemingly made Saudi criticism a descriptor discourse for novel in its relation with class; it was examples for social issues or technical phenomena, and similar to racism. On the other hand, Saudi critics did not use class ideologically, and managed in implementations diversification on it.
