Abstract	:	The study aimed to identify the legal and legal basis for the use of human embryos in medical experiments and scientific research. It also aimed to identify the rule of conducting medical experiments on the human embryo in law and order, and to identify the controls of conducting medical experiments on the human fetus. Where the problem of study was the need to know the legal and legal basis for the use of human embryos in medical experiments.
