Abstract : The study aims to: Measuring the success of the proposed program in improving the level of psychological compatibility of people with Psychopathic Disorders The study population consisted of patients with Psychopathic Disorders who were referred to the mental health hospital in Taif. The sample consisted of (20) patients divided into two groups (10) patients and experimental patients (10) patients The researcher used the experimental method. He also used the following tools: 1 - the Isaac scaleprepared by( Ahmad .M. Abdulkalek) 2 - the measure of psychological compatibility prepared by the researcher. 3- The program is prepared by the researcher The results of the study showed that 1-there were differences between the experimental group and the psychological compatibility of the experimental group before and after the program. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group in the psychologicalAdjustment Psychologicalin the measurement of distance and follow - up
