Abstract : The subject of the research is to gather the texts of the Qur'aan and the Sunnah that are apparently contradictory in the relationship between the man and the woman. The research plan included the introduction, two sections and the conclusion. The introduction included a list of the types of books classified in removing the contradiction between the texts, the importance of the subject of the selected research, the reasons for choosing it, its plan, and its methodology. The first section included two chapters containing theoretical introductions related to the definition of the relevant terms, indicating the absence of real contradiction, and the reasons of occurrence apparently, and the path of scientists in removing the contradiction. The second section included five chapters. The first one contains conflicting texts in the beginning of the relationship between the man and the woman, which are mentioned in some types of legal and illegal marriage. The following three chapters contain conflicting texts during the legal relationship between them. The last chapter contains conflicting texts in the end of the legal relationship between them related to divorce. After that, the conclusion includes the most important results. Lastly, there are different indexes for the urgent following by the reader in order to get the utmost benefits from this research.
