The research contained an introduction, a preamble, three chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction I mentioned the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, research methodology and plan.
The preamble, is divided into four sections, First: the definition of the companion and what the companions prove, Second: the justice of the companions, their disparity in science and jurisprudence, Third: the authoritative statement of the companion, Fourth: definition of the violation, and the meaning of the companion violation.
The first chapter, cases of violating the companion (God be pleased with him) to Hadith, it is divided into two subjects, First: the companion violation to the whole Hadith, Second: the companion violation to the Hadith explicitly.
The practical section in two chapters collected issues of the book (felonies, blood money, borders, and faith), and settled in violation of the companion(God be pleased with him) to the prophet traditions.
The approach in dealing with these issues mentioned the Hadith of the Prophet and the impact that violated, then to show the reason for the difference, after that reveal the impact of the difference between the heritance and the Hadith on the difference of the four imams with a statement of the position of scientists to take the impact of the companion offending, how to direct them to the offense and deal, and then weighting.
The research concluded with a conclusion that dealt with the most important findings and recommendations reached during the research, the research is appended with various indexes; to facilitate access to the desired information. |
