Abstract : It's present in the introduction and preface, regarding the introduction it includes the issue of the research, its objectives, its importance, its inquiries, previous studies, its approach, its limits, its structure and the most significant terms listed. Regarding the preface it indicates the nature of "completion of Ta'zir in Fiqh and Saudi regime" which includes 4 topics: The first topic: The Definition of "Completion of Ta'zir", the second topic:" The legitimacy of Ta'zir and its proofs, the third topic: the definition of Saudi criminal law, the forth topic: The origins of "Completion of Ta'zir" and its historical development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Then the first section which includes: A statement of Ta'zir crimes and its penalties according to Fiqh and regime, & it includes 4 chapters: The first chapter: Types of organized Ta'zir crimes, the second chapter: Elements of organized Ta'zir crimes, Third chapter: Penalties of organized Ta'zir crimes, Forth chapter: The grounds for non-applicability of organized Ta'zir penalties. After that the second section subtitled: Jurisdiction and court proceedings regarding the crimes of organized Ta'zir, & it includes six chapters: The first chapter: Jurisdiction in Ta'zir crimes, the second chapter: discourse on proof of organized Ta'zir crimes, the third chapter: The Power of Judicial districts in Ta'zir crimes, the forth chapter: The Judicial principles in Ta'zir crimes, the fifth chapter: Rights concerning organized Ta'zir crimes, then the sixth chapter: The system of implementation of judicial provisions of Ta'zir, and finally the conclusion which has presented the most important results achieved through the study and all of this is appended to technical appendices and mentioned the resources of the research. And the last of our call will be, “Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds!” & Allah's Blessings be Upon Prophet Muhammad).
