Abstract : The localization of knowledge is one of the contemporary trends that countries seek to apply in order to advance its economy and its international position in various fields, the most important of which is the localization of knowledge in the technical field and in the field of medicine and health, artificial intelligence, advanced and modern industries. This study examined the localization of knowledge in one of the vital areas, which is the field of projects, entitled "Knowledge Localization Factors in Project Management in King Abdullah Economic City", by using the Delphi Technique approach, with the participation of more than twenty experts in multiple disciplines, to determine factors of knowledge localization in the four sectors suggested by the researcher: organizational and technical sectors, and in the culture of the organization, and the project management sector. The practical work was carried out in three rounds according to the requirements of the Delphi technique, by using an electronic questionnaire tool designed by the researcher, it was made available online to facilitate the experts to give their opinions on the factors that were developed through interviews and asking of open questions to the experts participating in the study during the first round. The final results of identifying the factors of localization of knowledge in the project management environment were reached, and they were divided into three groups according to the approval ratios of the experts, the main group of factors, which are the factors that obtained an approval rate higher than 80%, and the group of supporting factors, which got On ratios between approval between 75% and 50%, and only one secondary factor, the approval percentage was below 50%. The study also came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Asking to send employees in the project management environment abroad to receive training programs in the administrative and technical aspects and gain modern knowledge to share it within the organization and transfer it to the rest of their colleagues, and also recommending for building databases for lessons learned from experiences and procedures that is practiced by foreign companies to solve problems during the execution of projects. It was also recommended to raise awareness about the benefits of social networks in the business sector because of their importance in capturing and localizing knowledge.
