Abstract : Jurisprudential rules and controls are considered the main source for controlling jurisprudential issues and their branches because of their innumerable number that are difficult to enumerate and memorize. Thus، this research took care of the rules and controls deduced from the Book (Matalib Uli Al-Noha in Sharh Ghayat Al-Muntaha) by: Mustafa Al-Rehaibani (died 1243H.)، from Chapter "Covering the private parts" to the end of Chapter "Congregational Prayer". The method adopted in this research was the inductive، analytical، deductive method by stating the rule or control in the same words of the book without changing them، unless wording makes it necessary، in addition to briefly explaining them and the necessary jurisprudential controls. Also، evidence was taken from Quran and Sunnah in text and by deduction، if existed، or by consensus and analogy، in addition to diversifying the statement of the branches of rules and controls to include some chapters of the research. In the end، exceptions of both of them were stated، if existed. This research comprised an introduction، preface، five chapters، conclusion and indexes. As for the Preface، it stated the autobiography of the book's author and the text's writer with an introduction to the explanation. Chapter One introduced the jurisprudential rule and what was similar to it together with stating the differences between them. Chapter Two was about the great jurisprudential rules and the rules that fell under them. Chapter Three stated the agreed upon jurisprudential rules. Chapter Four was about contested rules. Chapter Five was on jurisprudential controls. A number of results was reached to، among which were: The number of jurisprudential rules and controls، which I found in the researched part، was 27 rules and 12 controls; i.e.، a total of 39 rules and controls. The sources of these rules and controls mentioned in the book were: Quran، Prophetic Sunnah، Sayings of the Prophet's Companions، and issues of consensus and analogy.
