The problem of the study lies in the lack of a clear and accurate vision that shows the extent of the guardian's behavior in the Saudi judicial system and the restrictions that are contained in it, and the mechanisms followed in this regard and the implications of that in terms of bringing or missing interests. This study aims to rooting the issue under discussion and revealing The legal evidence that is based on restricting the actions of the guardian and preserving the rights of the minor and identifying the features that distinguish the restriction of these behaviors as well as explaining the judicial procedures in matters of guardianship and guardianship, and the approach followed in this study is the descriptive analytical approach, The study included an introduction, five chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter, I talked about what guardianship is in Saudi jurisprudence and order. As for the second chapter, I talked about the scope of restrictions on guardian actions in the jurisprudence and the Saudi judicial system, and in the third chapter, I talked about the mechanisms used to restrict guardian actions. In the Saudi judicial system, and in the fourth chapter, I talked about the jurisdiction regarding restricting the actions of a guardian in the Saudi judicial system, and in the fifth chapter in which he talked about the effects of restricting the actions of a trustee in the jurisprudence and the Saudi judicial system Among the most important results that the study came out with is the keenness of the Sharia law to save the minor’s money from neglecting the trustee by restricting his actions and the interest of the Saudi judiciary in the minor by setting regulations and materials that restrict the actions of the guardian or trustee. To the poor, urging them to work on and spreading the culture of giving and giving to minors and orphans, and caring for studying, teaching and learning the provisions for children, minors and guardians.
