Section one is concerned with the juristic rules related to Surat Al-Fateha when being used in purposes other than prayers, and it has seven chapters, each chapter has many tropics as follows: Chapter one has three topics which are addressed to the virtues, names and conditions of sending down Surat Al-Fatihah, and the correct view is that it is a Makkiah. Chapter two has three topics Includes the number of letters, words and verses of Al-Fatihah. Chapter three has three topics includes writing Al-Fatiha without the Ottoman font, and I concluded that it is not permissible to write the Qur’an in a font other than the Ottoman, nor in a language other than Arabic Language. These topics are addressed to the themes of reading Al-Fateha in Prayer in general, from which the eclipse and funeral prayers, the legality of Imam, Individual prayer and Al-Ma'mum reading to it, the validity of the pray of those who don’t master it if he is unable to learn it, the validity of the pray of Al-Lahan [The one who mispronounce the verses] if he does not violate the meaning, Illegality of combining Qerat "readings" in one Rak'ah, it isn’t recommended to repeat verses without excuse, Prayers must correct for imam if he misread a verse, reading Al-fatihah aloud in Al-Jahriah Prayer (prayer Recited Aloud), Al-Fatihah lapse to those who realize his imam kneeling and fear to lost kneeling (Rukoo') and its lapse from someone who was unable to read it and the validity of his pray with Surat Other Than Al-Fatihah.
