Abstract : Today, the professional ethics of various businesses and activities are important, because adherence to sound professional ethics in any sector is a necessary requirement to ensure the success of the work in achieving its goals and vision, and ensures the benefit of society in all its sects in this work. Islam, as a religion, took great burden to plant high fine ethics inside moslems in all their domains and jobs. The Royal Order No. (A / 240) dated 22/09/1438 H. was amended by the name of the General Investigation and Prosecution Commission to the Public Prosecutors Office. And expressly stated that (in view of the judicial nature of the work of the Commission of Inquiry and Public Prosecution and in line with the rules and principles of the system followed in many countries of the world and in accordance with the Shariah rules and provisions and the importance and necessity of separation between the executive authority in the State and the Authority and its work as part of the judiciary and granted full independence in To carry out its tasks in a manner that ensures its direct operation without any influence whatsoever. The researcher highlights the ethics that must be created by the member of the public prosecution and what it requires to be: The most prominent problems are the scarcity of independent research, which is the responsibility of the prosecutor or criminal investigator in general, whether in Islamic law or comparative systems as this member is considered a judge who is specialized in investigation . The purpose of the research is to clarify the ethics that must be created by the member of the prosecution and the prohibitions that he must avoid: In this research, the researcher relied on the approach of descriptive method and the analytical comparative method for its relation to legal studies.
