This study comes to clarify the jurisprudential differences between the issues related to the Two Holy Mosques; Based on their importance and sanctity, the study began by recalling the importance of research by explaining the virtues of the Two Holy Mosques, their limits, jurisprudential differences, and their importance. Then I set out after that to explain the jurisprudential differences between the two sacred mosques in various jurisprudential chapters, by dividing the research into two chapters, the first of which deals with the differences in worship; The second is the differences in worship. Each of them was divided into three sections, under which a number of demands, which are the subject of study, fall. The study concluded that the two sacred mosques differed in a number of jurisprudential rulings by examining fifty jurisprudential issues, and a total of twenty-five jurisprudential teams.
Finally, It is clear from the findings of this study the importance of the place, and its impact on the jurisprudential rulings, as well as the accuracy of Islamic Sharia in the legislation of rulings. |
