Abstract |

This research aims to clarify the meaning of trust (Al'amana) as one of the most important ethics that are included in the worship.
The research contains an introduction and fife chapters:
o Introduction: In it is a statement of the reality of trust, the words related to it, its position in Islamic law, and its relationship to jurisprudence rulings.
o Chapter one: I dealt with issues related to trust (Al'amana) in the chapter of purity.
o Chapter Two: I dealt with issues related to trust (Al'amana) in the chapter of prayer.
o Chapter Three: I dealt with issues related to trust (Al'amana) in the chapter of Zakat.
o Chapter Four: I dealt with issues related to trust (Al'amana) in the chapter of Alhaj.
o Chapter Fife: I dealt with issues related to trust (Al'amana) in the chapter of Jihad.
Among the most important conclusions that I concluded: that the trust is not limited to preserving and maintaining the rights of others, but rather its meaning goes beyond to include the rights of God.
Most important recommendations:
o I recommend paying attention to the ethical aspect of Sharia rulings, and giving them more care. This gives another dimension to the legal rulings, especially in light of the presence of many values and morals that are related to the legal rulings.
o I recommend studying the concept of trust as one of the purposes of Sharia.
o This research was limited to the effect of honesty on the devotional aspect, and there are many provisions related to honesty in the rest of the jurisprudence chapters that need to be collected and studied.
o I recommend institutions that are concerned with instilling values to be keen to enhance the character of trust, and to highlight its importance in all aspects that the trust, especially the aspect of worship, by including it in school curricula, making video clips, conducting awareness campaigns through social media, and showing the effects of Endowed on the individual and society.
