Abstract : This study aimed to identify the Effectiveness of Language Enrichment Program Provided in Deaf Programs and Institutes from the Perspective of Teachers of Hearing Disability in Al Qassim Region, identify the reality of this program, identify the obstacles facing its Effectiveness, and detect whether there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of teachers of Hearing Disability in Qassim region is attributed to the variable: (gender, educational qualification - years of experience - training courses). To achieve these goals, the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting the necessary data for this Study. The Study community consisted of (85) teachers of hearing Disability in Al-Qassim region. The results of the study concluded that the study sample members always agree to the application of the Language Enrichment Program. Also, agree that there are some obstacles facing the Effectiveness of the Language Enrichment Program Provided in Deaf Programs and Institutes from the Perspective of Teachers of Hearing Disability in Al Qassim Region. The results concluded that there are no differences statistically significant attributable to the gender variable, academic qualification through the reality of the program and its challenges, training courses in general education through the methodology, objectives and content of the program, the means and methods used in the program, the reality of the program and its nature, and the challenges facing teachers and students with Hearing Disabilities, training courses in education Special and hearing disability, through the reality of the program and challenges. Furthermore, the results showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the Study sample towards the methodology and objectives of the Language Enrichment Program, the content of the language enrichment program, the means, methods and activities used in the Language Enrichment Program, the reality of the Language Enrichment Program, provided in deaf programs and institutes according to years of experience. In light of these results, the Study recommended the following: (Providing sign language interpreters in schools and institutes for the deaf, ensuring the family’s participation in increasing the program’s linguistic balance, the program to take into account the aspects of mental and psychological development for students with hearing disabilities to be provided).
