Information technology contributed effectively in the production, transfer, maintaining and retrieve information. electronic archiving projects of documents and files occupies absolute importance in all departments and institutions due to the active role they play in maintaining the documents from damage, in addition to easy storage, indexing and retrieval, and expand access through the largest possible number of users in order to help raise the work efficiency and productivity while saving time, effort and cost. From this standpoint, our study cares for work on the development of archives of public administration regarding Female Section to electronic archive aiming to the definition electronic archives, objectives, advantages and to identify the rules and stages of performance in which the motives and reasons direction of public administration - female section - to experience a shift from dependence on traditional Archive to electronic one, recording the difficulties faced by the management during the practical application through the transition to this type of archiving, also it's interested in the definition of the potential and existing qualified manpower to implement this program. It is expected for such work to achieve a number of important results such as: preserving rare documents from damage, with the speed of recovery and ease of use and economy, and ease of providing a place at the lowest cost while providing operations and organized services through simplified procedures and more effectively and flexibility in dealing with the information system in full confidentiality.
